Design
Before equipment is bought, it is calculated. We work out the building's thermal load, define the capacity actually needed and propose a system that suits how the building is used — not oversized, not undersized.

Installation and commissioning
Installed to the drawings, with supervision at every stage. A system is not finished until how it runs has been measured and written down — pressures, temperatures, consumption.

Maintenance and service
A maintenance contract on a fixed schedule. The most expensive breakdown is the one that cleaning and a timely check would have prevented.

Emergency call-out
When a system stops at the worst possible moment — a server room, a shop in July, a hotel mid-season. We come out and get it back in operation.

- Which areas do you work in?
- We are based in Skopje and work in Skopje and across Macedonia.
- Which systems do you design and service?
- Chillers — both air-cooled and water-cooled, heat pumps — air-to-water, air-to-air and ground source, VRF/VRV multi-split systems, and ventilation and air handling units.
- Do you produce project documentation?
- Yes. Before any equipment is bought we run a thermal load calculation for the building, select the equipment, and produce the drawings and schematics.
- How do I ask for a quote?
- Message us on Telegram or e-mail [email protected] with a short description of the building and what you need. We do not publish a telephone number.
- What languages do you work in?
- Macedonian and English. The whole site is available in both.
